Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We currently ship across India through trusted logistics partners. Serviceability depends on your delivery pincode, which is checked at the time of dispatch.

2. Processing time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days of a confirmed payment. During festivals or high demand, this may take a little longer.

3. Delivery time

• Metro and major cities: typically 3 to 6 business days after dispatch.
• Other locations: typically 5 to 9 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates. Actual delivery depends on the courier and your location, and may be affected by weather, strikes, or other events outside our control.

4. Shipping charges

Any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Where a promotion offers free shipping, it is applied automatically.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we share a tracking link and number by email, WhatsApp, or SMS so you can follow your parcel. You can also see your orders on your Orders page.

6. Delivery attempts and failed deliveries

Please provide a complete, correct address and a reachable phone number. If a delivery fails because the address is incorrect or no one is available after the courier’s attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur additional charges.

7. Bulk and institutional orders

For schools, NGOs, and government orders, delivery is arranged separately based on quantity and location. Please use our Contact page to plan a bulk shipment.
